Refund policy
At Tidy Tales Adventure Books, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products
- Items not in original condition
- Products returned after 30 days
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Any duties or taxes (for international orders) are non-refundable
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
If you need an exchange, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped
